CarbonSmith's manufacturing facility is centrally located in Texas and our in-house tooling capabilities provide fast prototyping of custom and OE parts as well as proof of design. Parts are processed using a vacuum bag oven cure, autoclave cure or press cure depending on the piece and customer requirements.

CarbonSmith produces secondary components for the aerospace industry and processes sub-tier ballistic military products and will be seeking ISO 9000 certification. This certification will validate our capacity to serve government and other highly regulated commercial industries that require the ISO 9000 certification.
